Always a great reminder to ease up and enjoy life unfolding without the need to always be bettering ourselves. Every time I get caught up in self-improvement I have to consciously remind myself to find the balance. Because even getting caught up in that is the mind’s trap, a way to protect itself when there’s nothing to defend to begin with :-D oh silly mind.
Now back to the present moment and enjoying this fresh spring air..and simply being. here. now :-)
