That’s great insight — I’ve heard of a few techniques of “embodied cognition” before but haven’t heard of the Willing Hands. Amy Cuddy made Power Posing popular and I think that’s a great technique too.
It’s beautiful how what we do with our bodies affects our minds and vice versa. If we can build new habits that will help us replace stressful reactions with more conscious responses, we can shift our daily experience to a much more positive one day by day, regardless of what happens in the outside world.
