The most important thing I took away from my MBA experience was knowing that I could push through no matter how hard I though things were getting - and that strengthened my confidence and my trust in myself.

The one thing I wish they taught in any business school that is vital in all aspects of life is soft skills such as sales, public speaking, interpersonal communication, and mindset training. Because ultimately no matter how much of an expert one is on a subject matter, if they can't express that to others, it's harder to put it to use.

I agree that one of the great things about B school though is that you get to meet other ambitious and like-minded people who will inspire you to go beyond your comfort zones and to grow. Then in "real life" it helps to always have a mentor to look up to as well!
